The American Elm tree is native to North America and used for building structures that a re continually in contact with water and thus is widely used in boat building and habour works. The Rolls Royce of engineered flooring. These boards are manufactured to the highest quality to ensure that the floor performs to best in class and provides the best aesthetic appearance. Built with a triple ply counterbalanced structure providing a very stable floor. The Elm is finished with a with a natural oil. Ash timber is also applied to the bottom layer to provide a counter balance layer for stability to the floor. This floor has a clean grade appearance with stright grain.
